Hi my name is Gen.
I am a mum of two boys, and I live in Brisbane, Australia.
I am the owner of a food and nutrition blog called WithExtraVeg. I am passionate about nutrition and health, and believe that the best way to achieve these is through a plant based diet.
In 2017, I quit my engineering career to move into nutrition, and I am currently studying a degree in Health Science, majoring in nutrition.
